  • Metal Detection & Rejection: Automatic detection and ejection of any containers with metal contaminants.
  • Weight Check & Rejection: In-line checkweigher to ensure each bottle meets the specified weight tolerance, with automatic rejection of under/over-weight units.
  • Cap Sorting & Placing: Automatic cap feeding and placement onto the bottles.
  • Cap Tightening: Secure and consistent screw capping.
